Womens Centered Coaching with Groove helps women break through what holds them back so they can live a more fulfilling, happy, healthy life. I help women connect with themselves, understand patterns, and gain control over her thoughts. Groove is a unique business in that the skills and strategies acquired are specific to nourishing breakthroughs and irreversible change.  We do this through women centred coaching, yoga, fitness, meditation, and mindfulness. Clients have access to the Groove YouTube channel featuring yoga, fitness, and meditation videos to support our growth pathway.
